For the biggest effect, consider teaming up with others. You could talk to your patients, to see if they are interested in getting involved. Find out if your colleagues are planning anything you can get involved with- if not, start up something with them. You can also contact your national society and inform them of your initiatives, or your interest in contributing. They can put you in touch with other urologists and nursing practitioners, even in neighboring countries, and give you publicity.
